Is Junho Cleaning insured?
Yes. We carry general liability, workers' compensation and commercial vehicle coverage, and we send the certificate of insurance to your management company or building before the first visit.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Commercial accounts run month to month. Scope, frequency and price adjust as the property does, and you can change or end service with notice.
What happens if something is missed?
Call us and we return within 24 hours to redo it at no charge. That is the 24-hour re-clean warranty, and it applies to every visit, commercial and residential.
How much does cleaning cost?
Commercial is priced per visit by square footage, frequency and floor care. Turnovers are priced per unit by size and condition. Homes are priced by size, condition and how often we come. Every quote follows a free walkthrough or a short call.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — equipment, supplies and EPA-registered disinfectants are included in the price. If your property requires a specific product or a green certification, we use yours instead.
Who will be in my building?
The same crew each visit, so nobody relearns your property every week. Crews are background-checked and briefed on your access and conduct rules before the first shift.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Most commercial accounts are cleaned after hours. Warehouse, healthcare and construction work often runs nights or weekends, and turnovers run whenever the unit is released.
How do you handle keys, codes and access?
Keys and codes are logged, assigned to a named supervisor and returned on request. We follow whatever access protocol your property already uses — key box, fob, front-desk sign-in or escorted entry.
What areas do you serve?
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland from our Cherry Hill base — South Jersey (Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties), Central Jersey (Princeton, Lawrenceville, Hamilton) and the Greater Philadelphia area (Conshohocken, Willow Grove, Lafayette Hill, Jenkintown).
How quickly can you start?
Most commercial accounts start within a week of the walkthrough. Turnovers and one-time residential cleans can usually be scheduled the same week, depending on the calendar.
